Coverage
Orders placed through this website are covered for 60 days from the purchase date, for any reason.
Steps
Email support@breathizennn.com with your order number. We reply with a return number and address. Post all bottles from the order, including empties.
Amount
The product price is refunded. Original shipping and return postage are not.
Timing
5 to 10 business days after the return reaches the warehouse, to the original payment method.
Other numbers
If you saw a different guarantee length elsewhere, the terms at your checkout and in your confirmation email apply. Here, that is 60 days.
Exclusions
Marketplace or third-party purchases, and requests after day 60.
